I downloaded this and was able to open the game but for the voice patch it asked me to insert a disc?? how do i get the voice patch?

I am going off of a guide and I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I am not getting multiple files for the different routes
is this first route? because when i played it, it seemed like the second route (unlimited blade works). Also how do i access the other routes? will it automatically come if i finish the first route?
