Rockstar has stated you won"t ever be banned for modifying your single-player game, but it doesn’t want mods being used in GTA Online. Script Hook V
Most of the current mods are scripts, và to get them working you"ll need the latest version of Script Hook, created by Alexander Blade.

In the zip file, there"s a folder called "bin" with three files in it.

Community Script Hook V .NET
A version of Script Hook that allows scripts written in .NET language. Certain script mods (like the Simple Passenger script) require both Alexander Blade"s Script Hook và this Community Script Hook V .NET.
Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (opens in new tab) installed (skip this step if you have Windows 10).

Make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2019 (x64) (opens in new tab) installed.
Download & install Alexander Blade"s Scripthook (follow instructions above).
Download the Community Script Hook here.
Copy the ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll, và ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll into your trò chơi directory.
LUA Plugin

OpenIV

If you ever used mods with GTA 4, you probably used OpenIV to do it. It"s a powerful utility that allows for the editing and saving of GTA trò chơi files, và it"s now being developed for GTA 5.
Different mods use OpenIV in different ways, so we can"t really give you a general menu of instructions: read the directions on each given mod"s page. Keep in mind, OpenIV makes actual changes to game files, so we suggest making backup copies of any game files you change.

Map Editor

Most mods have their own activation keys và controls. Some are customizable, some aren"t. Getting GTA V mod Manager up & running requires a bit of effort. There’s an extensive Youtube tutorial uploaded by Bilago himself, although be warned that it is several years old, & doesn’t cover setting up the hack with certain versions of the game, such as the Epic Store version.
